So I am no longer leaving on the 23rd. Katrin said that her agency is not issuing any more work/resident permits for this year, so I may have to wait until January to go. She's looking into other agencies to see if they have any left, but it's doubtful.
I'm a little relieved and a little bummed at the same time, but it'll work out in the end. If I stay until January, then that just means I have more time to prepare and save money.
